Project Overview
Gallery Bethesda is an 18 floor building with 17 floors of residential units and a penthouse, located in Bethesda’s Woodmont Triangle neighborhood, and was the first new apartment building constructed in the area in over five years. Built in a neighborhood that had been lacking new spaces in comparison to Downtown Bethesda Row, Gallery Bethesda was designed to reinforce the urban fabric of the Woodmont Triangle neighborhood, offering ground-floor retail spaces and an urban plaza that doubles as a pedestrian street to improve community interaction.
The project has 234 residential units, 4,661 SF of retail space, three levels of below grade parking, and a public plaza with an art installation. Amenities in the building include a fitness center, cyber lounge, coffee bar, dog walk and washing station. The penthouse rooftop features a 4,000 SF clubroom, pool and sundeck, and a waterfall feature. Gallery Bethesda is LEED Gold Certified, the first ground-up project in Downtown Bethesda to receive this rating.
