Franconia Springfield Parking Garage Expansion

Project Overview

This project was a design/build precast parking garage that added approximately 1,125 new spaces to the existing garage at the Franconia-Springfield Metro. The scope of work included utility construction and relocation, a new roadway around the parking area, and new sidewalk curbs and islands. The project was done while the existing deck was still in use, and so the work included tying the new construction into the existing garage while supporting the existing decks for continued parking use
