Crystal Place Apartments

Project Overview

The Crystal Place Apartments Renovation includes a complete demolition and renovation of the main lobby and the construction of a new fitness center, leasing offices, business center, mail room and elevator upgrades. The project incorporated high-end finishes that included imported tile floors, wood veneers, marble and wood panels, and custom LED light fixtures.

Donohoe Construction was required to keep the lobby and mail areas open for access and egress through the building. Additionally, the renovations to the elevator lobby and elevator cabs had to be completed without disrupting their service to the residents and while maintaining ADA accessibility at all times during construction.
