Project Overview

Capitol View on 14^th is a 9-story apartment building with 255 total units. Four of the units are “live/work units” that have separate street entrances on Chapin Street. Building amenities include a fitness & yoga center, business center, gaming room, lounge kitchen, rooftop kitchen area off the pool, and rooftop fireplace. Inside the units, features include hardwood flooring, Klein glass door systems, modern kitchens with glass tile backsplashes, and stainless steel appliances. The building also has approximately 18,000 SF of retail space. Capitol View on 14^th is LEED Platinum Certified, the first residential building to be certified as such in the greater Washington DC area.
