Project Overview

Camden 61 Pierce (also called Camden NoMa) is a transit-oriented development two blocks from the New York Avenue Metro station, four blocks from Union Station and nine blocks from the U.S. Capitol. The 405 unit, 492,109 SF building was designed by WDG Architecture and contributed to the emerging modern context of new architecture in the NoMa district. The 15 story project also includes a number of high-end tenant amenities including a fitness club, landscaped courtyard and rooftop pool, as well as 3 levels of below grade parking.
