Confidential Client, 4th Floor Renovation

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Partial office renovation of a 4th Floor office space. This renovation includes MEP, finishes, and demountable partitions. The project provided an elevated look to multiple conference rooms, offices, innovation rooms and huddle rooms. The Rotunda pantry was updated to provide an open concept to the rest of the floor with new millwork, acoustical baffle ceilings, flooring, wall covering and motorized shades.
