Wagner Senior Residences is a five-story, all-affordable 67-unit senior housing development located in Washington DC’s Ward 8 neighborhood. The completed building will feature 6 studio apartments, 58 one-bedroom and 3 two-bedroom apartments. Common-area amenities will include a fitness center, indoor and outdoor resident lounges as well as an outdoor terrace.
