PROJECT OVERVIEW
Occupied renovation of 20,000 SF of amenities including both the courtyard and pool area which were done at the same time. Renovation of exterior courtyard area included new artificial turf, planters, pavers and light fixtures. Renovation of interior pool area included ceramic wall tile, ACT ceiling, pool deck coating and light fixtures.
