Columbia Country Club – Phase 2

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Phase 2 consisted of a gut renovation of the existing 100-year-old building and repositioning. The repositioning consisted of adding a portico/drop off area for an entrance to the lower level and modifying the structure to enlarge and rebuild the kitchen with new MEPs and kitchen equipment. The rest of the project consisted of the creation of the following new amenity spaces; Dinning & Bar room, Wine cellar and wine tasting room, lady’s locker room with a steam room, ladies card room, trophy room with adding new exterior openings to the renovated patio.
