Aireco Supply, Inc. provides heating and air conditioning systems, equipment, and supplies for new or replacement HVAC. Headquartered in Savage, MD, the company has 42 locations from Baltimore to Richmond.
Challenge:
DCRE worked with ownership to establish a criteria, process and documentation for identifying and securing new locations for lease, as well as for all lease renewals.
Results:
DCRE’s leasing team was organized geographically and developed a leasing program that follows an established process. The process we developed ensures Aireco Supply can lease the best locations available at the most competitive rates. Most recently DCRE represented Aireco for an 88,000 SF lease in Jessup, MD.
