Danielle Rice Promoted to Vice President of Human Resources

The Donohoe Companies is pleased to announce the promotion of Danielle Rice to Vice President of Human Resources.

Since joining Donohoe in 2018, Danielle has helped shape the company’s people strategy while fostering a culture where employees can grow, connect, and thrive. Her leadership spans every aspect of the employee experience, from recruiting and leadership development to employee engagement, company policy, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

A trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, Danielle has played a key role during periods of significant growth and change. She helped lead Donohoe’s human resources response during the COVID-19 pandemic, supported the successful integration of employees through company acquisitions and new business contracts, and strengthened recruiting partnerships with colleges, universities, and community organizations to expand opportunities for future talent. Danielle is an active community volunteer, and she accepted the Girl Legacy Award from Community Bridges in recognition of Donohoe’s dedication to empowering young women and supporting the next generation of leaders.

Danielle has also championed initiatives that invest in employees long after they are hired. She helped launch Employee Resource Groups, partnered with Lyra to expand mental health and well-being resources, and introduced 10KC, an internal mentoring and networking platform that encourages employees to build relationships and grow professionally. Danielle’s attention to detail, thoughtful recognition, and ability to bring people together have helped foster a workplace where employees feel appreciated and connected.
