One Judiciary Square Facilities Management Contract

The Donohoe Companies, Inc., in conjunction with our Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) program partner, Spectrum Management, won a 5-year, $5.5MM facilities management contract with the District Government at One Judiciary Square (444 4th Street NW). Donohoe will be a subcontractor to Spectrum Management.

One Judiciary Square is an 800,000 SF building compromised of 12 tenants located in Northwest Washington, D.C. Donohoe and Spectrum will perform full facilities management at the building, including but not limited to O&M, janitorial, landscaping, elevator maintenance, electrical service, fire & life safety, energy management, pest control and snow & ice.
