Complete Building Services Awarded GSA Strategic Sourcing Solution Contract

Complete Building Services (CBS), a leading provider of facilities management and maintenance services based in Washington, D.C., is pleased to announce that CBS is one of nine large businesses to receive an unrestricted award on the U.S. General Services Administration’s (GSA) new Building Maintenance and Operations (BMO) Zone 1 strategic sourcing solution contract.

The BMO multiple award solution streamlines the process for government agencies to acquire facility maintenance and operations services, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, janitorial, landscaping, fire alarm and suppression system maintenance, commissioning and other FM Services. The Zone 1 awards will service agencies in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
