Site Plan for Bingham Center Approved by Arlington County

Donohoe Development and TCS Realty Associates are pleased to announce that the Bingham Center mixed-use project has received unanimous site plan approval from the Arlington County Board. This significant milestone marks a major step forward in the realization of this transformative development in the heart of the Clarendon neighborhood of Arlington.

Bingham Center, located one block from the Clarendon Metro at 3200 Wilson Boulevard, is set to become a vibrant mixed-use destination. The project will feature a 229-room boutique lifestyle hotel, 290 multifamily units with 15 affordable units, 16,000 square feet of street-level retail, and below-grade parking. With approval granted by the Arlington County Board, the project is now poised to bring enhanced amenities and revitalized public spaces to the community.

Key features of the Bingham Center project include:

• A strong commitment to sustainability, with LEED Gold certification, green roofs, electric vehicle (EV) parking facilities, and energy-efficient design elements aimed at significantly reducing the development’s carbon footprint.
• A vibrant 6,000-square-foot public park on North Irving Street collaboratively designed with Arlington County and the local community in a future public review process.
• Aesthetic improvements on the North Irving façade, crafted to enrich the overall sense of place and aesthetic appeal.
• A convenient, mid-block pedestrian crossing at the newly formed intersection of Wilson Boulevard and the extended 10th Road North.
• Pedestrian-friendly streets surrounding the project, featuring widened sidewalks and rejuvenated streetscapes to enhance walkability.
• Improvements to neighboring public spaces, including upgrades to the Wilson Boulevard pedestrian experience.
