Wagner Senior Residences Breaks Ground

Donohoe Construction is excited to announce the start of construction on Wagner Senior Residences. Developed by Miller and designed by Torti Gallas and Partners, Wagner Senior Residences is a five-story, all-affordable 67-unit senior housing development located in Washington DC’s Ward 8 neighborhood. The completed building will feature 6 studio apartments, 58 one-bedroom and 3 two-bedroom apartments. Common-area amenities will include a fitness center, indoor and outdoor resident lounges as well as an outdoor terrace.
