The Pinnacle Reaches Substantial Completion

Donohoe Construction has achieved substantial completion of the The Pinnacle at 7 New York Avenue in Washington, DC. The building was developed by Jones Lang LaSalle and designed by Eric Colbert & Associates.

The Pinnacle is a fourteen-story apartment building with 115 units totaling over 77,962 square feet with a rooftop amenity space.

Other amenities include a fitness room, bicycle storage, and tenant storage. The building is open and already has begun welcoming its first residents into the community.
