The AC Hotel & Residence Inn By Marriott Reston reaches completion

Donohoe Construction is happy to announce the completion of construction of The AC Hotel & Residence Inn by Marriott in Reston. The building was developed by Donohoe Development and designed by Cooper Carry Architects.

This new 16-story, 267-key dual-brand hotel offers 34,000 square feet of retail space and 11,000 square feet of meeting space, which includes a ballroom. Amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, full-service restaurant, and a rooftop bar and lounge. The hotel seamlessly integrates two Marriott brands—AC Hotel and Residence Inn—into one location, merging the stylish, minimalist design of AC Hotel with the extended-stay comfort offered by Residence Inn.  AC Hotel & Residence Inn Reston is part of the expanded Reston Town Center mixed-use development, enhancing the area’s appeal to business travelers, tourists, and the local community alike.

Donohoe Construction teamed up with Donohoe Development, Donohoe Hospitality, and Complete Building Services to bring this project to life.
