The Glover House Celebrates Topping Out

Donohoe Construction project, The Glover House, celebrated its “Topping Out” on Friday, April 27th. The JBG Smith development at 2101 Wisconsin Avenue includes the renovation of an existing 8-story hotel to a mixed-use building that will contain two stories of retail below a five stories of apartments. The new construction will also include three levels of below grade parking.

Designed by Eric Colbert & Associates, the new multifamily building in Glover Park will feature 226 units as well as 90,000 SF of below grade parking. Amenities include a café, rooftop pool and deck, whiskey room, fitness center, and game room. The Glover House will also have a retail grocery building for the surrounding community and future residents’ convenience.

The Glover House is targeting substantial completion in spring of 2019.
