The Gallery at H St Tops Out

The project team working on The Gallery at H St in Washington, DC recently celebrated their “topping out” milestone after the building reached its maximum height of 11 floors. Developed by Monument Realty and designed by Davis, Carter, Scott PC, this mixed-use retail 72-unit apartment building will total over 77,000 SF.

The project is expected to reach completion in the Fall of 2026.
