The Chimes at North Bethesda Tops Out

The project team working on The Chimes at North Bethesda in Maryland recently celebrated their “topping out” milestone after the building reached its maximum height of 6 floors. Developed by Montgomery Housing Partnership and designed by Hord Coplan Macht, this all affordable 163-unit apartment building will total over 240,000 SF.

Amenities includes an outdoor deck, below and above grade parking, and bike racks, . The project is expected to reach completion in the Summer of 2026.
