The Chimes at North Bethesda Breaks Ground

Donohoe Construction celebrated breaking ground for The Chimes at Bethesda, an all-affordable multifamily housing project developed by Montgomery Housing Partnership. This innovative development will feature six stories of residential space, complemented by two levels of garage parking—one above grade and one below grade. The total residential portion will include 163 units, along with an amenity space with an outdoor deck for residents to enjoy. All parking is covered with a total of 151 spaces, as well as dedicated bike storage, promoting sustainable transportation options.
