The Donohoe Construction Company completed a renovation of a 54-unit apartment building in Washington, DC following fire damage and celebrating its grand opening on June 25, 2019.

The renovation also included 300 new windows and other amenities, such as a bike room and laundry room.
Mayor Bowser said at the Grand Opening, “We welcome and celebrate the first of the families that will return, beginning July 1st. In the coming weeks many more families will have the option to do the same. I want to thank Tom Borger and the rest of the Borger Management team for keeping their promise, for not only making the investments necessary to complete the rehabilitation of this property but also keeping the same market rate rent from two years ago.”

Rolling Terrace was designed by Bonstra Haresign for developer Borger Management. The first residents will move in on July 1.
