Marriott AC Hotel/Residence Inn Reston Town Center Breaks Ground

Donohoe Construction has broken ground on a dual-branded Marriott hotel project located in Reston, VA.

The Marriott AC Hotel/Residence Inn Reston Town Center project consists of a 16-story, 267-key dual-brand hotel, built over top of an existing 5-story below-grade shared parking structure in the Reston Town Center expansion. The project includes 34,000sf of retail, 11,000sf of meeting space including a ballroom, a spa-style indoor pool and fitness facility, a full-service restaurant, and a rooftop bar and lounge. 

The project is pursuing LEED Gold certification with a projected completion date of Q4 2024. 

Donohoe Development, Donohoe Construction, Donohoe Hospitality, and Complete Building Services worked with Reston Town Center master developer, BXP, to bring this project to life. Upon completion in 2024, Donohoe Hospitality will operate the hotels, and Complete Building Services will provide facilities management services.
