Queens Court Tops Out

Located in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington, Donohoe Construction’s project Queens Court has topped out. Designed by KGD Architecture for Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH), the 12-story building will provide 249 new, affordable apartment units to the community ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. One-fifth of the site will be dedicated to a public county park. Queens Court is designed to achieve EarthCraft Gold Certification.
