Pete Kimmel Promoted to Project Executive

Donohoe Construction Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Pete Kimmel to the position of Project Executive for the Specialty Construction division. As Project Executive, he will be responsible for the overall operations of the group and provide management to all projects, establish objectives and policies, and monitor construction and financial activities through the administrative direction of the office and on-site personnel.

With over 17 years at Donohoe Construction Company, Kimmel has demonstrated leadership and expertise in many projects from large construction to interior renovations. “The creation of this position as well as Pete’s eagerness to return to the Specialty division is instrumental to our continued growth and development,” said Steve Crowder, Vice President and General Manager.

His past projects include numerous renovations at NBC/WRC 4, St. Johns College High School and Infinity Apartments as well as multifamily construction projects including, The Lindley in Chevy Chase, MD, Del Ray Tower in Alexandria, VA, The Colonel in Washington, DC and The Majestic at Watkins Mill in Gaithersburg, MD.

Kimmel holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration/management from Frostburg State University and is a LEED Green Associate.
