Peninsula 88 Reaches Substantial Completion

Peninsula 88, Donohoe Construction’s project in DC’s new Buzzard Point neighborhood, has reached substantial completion. The 8-story condominium tower was developed by Capital City Real Estate and designed by Eric Colbert & Associates.

The new building boasts waterfront views and includes 110 units, 2 levels of below grade parking, exercise space, a rooftop terrace, and club room.
