Peninsula 88 Construction is Underway

Peninsula 88, Donohoe Construction’s project in DC’s new Buzzard Point neighborhood, began construction on Monday, August 20. The 8-story condominium tower will include 110 units, 2 levels of below grade parking, a rooftop terrace, and club room.

Developed by Capital City Real Estate and designed by Eric Colbert & Associates, the new building boasts waterfront views and close proximity to the new DC United Stadium. Presales of the property begin early 2019 with delivery expected in late 2019.
