One Light Street wins Best Mixed-Use Project Award

One Light Street, the 776,000 square foot high rise in downtown Baltimore, was honored at the NAIOP MD 2020 Awards of Excellence program on December 18, 2020, for Best Mixed-Use Project. Developed by Madison Marquette and designed by AECOM, One Light Street is the first mixed-use skyscraper in Baltimore and it features nine levels of parking with 646 parking spaces, nine levels of office space, and ten levels of residential space totaling 280 units. The top floor contains additional amenities for the residents including an infinity pool, sundeck, private dining room, a yoga studio, gym, dog park, and lounge with breathtaking views of the Inner Harbor. Donohoe’s Building Enhancements division also built out the interior office space for M&T Bank, the anchor tenant of the building.
