Neal Frumkin Promoted To Vice President

Donohoe Construction Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Neal Frumkin to Vice President of Operations. In this role, Frumkin will lead multiple Donohoe project teams as they meet the needs and challenges of our clients. He will be directly involved with all facets of a project from preconstruction, estimating, site logistics, and project management until final completion. 

Frumkin joined Donohoe in 2003 and has risen through the ranks throughout the years. “Neal has cultivated strong relationships on behalf of Donohoe with the major developers in the area and is one of the main reasons for repeat work from these clients. He is truly unafraid of any challenge or situation and approaches any obstacles head-on with his mild-mannered style,” said Tim Loftus, Senior Vice President of Operations. 

With over 20 years of construction industry experience, Frumkin has worked on several notable projects, including Residence Inn Capitol, Gallery Bethesda, Camden 61 Pierce, The Wharf – Parcel 5, Robinson Landing, The Wharf – Parcel 8, and The Wharf – Parcel 9. 

Frumkin is a LEED Green Associate certified by the Green Building Certification Institute.
