Marbella Tops Out

The project team working on the Marbella Apartments in Arlington, VA recently celebrated their “topping out” milestone after the building reached its maximum height of 12 floors. Developed by APAH and designed by KGD Architecture, this 234-unit apartment building will total over 324,000 SF.

Amenities include a club room, outdoor courtyard, and kids climbing wall. Marbella aims to be EarthCraft and EnergyStar certified. The project is expected to reach completion in the Fall of 2025.
