LEED Silver for The Lindley

The Lindley

Donohoe Construction project, The Lindley, was awarded LEED Silver. Sustainable highlights include energy-efficient appliances, bike storage, water-efficient landscaping and construction of a new, community park.

Developed by EYA and designed by Design Collective, the 11-story building features 200 units and three levels of below-grade parking. Amenity spaces include a playroom, game room, library, and rooftop club space and dog run.

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) was developed by the US Green Building Council to promote sustainable construction practices and amenities. Buildings that achieve LEED certification are less costly to operate and reduce negative environmental impacts.
