J Luna at Ballston Tops Out

The project team working on J Luna at Ballston in Arlington Virginia, recently celebrated their “topping out” milestone after the building reached its maximum height of 7 stories. Developed by Jefferson Apartment Group and designed by KGD Architecture, this 98-unit apartment building will total over 108,565 SF.

The establishment will have two levels of below-grade parking, and a resident lounge. Amenities will include a gym, business lounge, pet spa, fire pits, and grill area. The project is expected to reach completion in the Fall of 2024.
