Fairchild Apartments Celebrates Topping Out

The Fairchild Apartments project team recently celebrated their “topping out” milestone, where the building reached its highest constructed point of six stories.

Located in Germantown, MD, the residential building is developed by HIP Projects and designed by KTGY Architects. With a total of 209,185 square feet , the project will have 212 units and 3 levels of parking along with amenities such as a club room with kitchen, a fitness & yoga room, a business center, a card room, and a courtyard with a pool.

Donohoe Construction broke ground on the project in September 2021, and the project will reach substantial completion by Spring 2023.
