Fairchild Apartments Breaks Ground

Fairchild Apartments, Donohoe Construction’s project in Germantown, MD, celebrated its groundbreaking on September 14 with HIP Projects and KTGY Architects. The 6-story multifamily project will house 212 units and 1 level of below-grade parking. Amenities will include a club room, a fitness center, and a courtyard with a pool.

The 209,185 square foot apartment is expected to deliver in early 2023.
