Donohoe Construction Celebrates Topping Out at Brightview Innovation Center

Donohoe Construction recently celebrated the topping out of the Brightview Innovation Center project in Herndon, Virginia. The seven-story, 196-unit senior living facility will offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care services for residents and will feature an outdoor plaza and park area that will be shared with the community.

“Topping out is the first celebratory milestone as we forge ahead to complete and deliver a first class, state of the art facility for Brightview that we can all be proud of for years to come,” said Jon Sandberg, Donohoe’s Senior Project Manager.

Designed by Hord Coplan Macht, the Innovation Center building is Donohoe’s second project with Brightview Senior Living. It is located adjacent to the Silver Line Metro system and is slated to reach substantial completion in January 2023.
