Donohoe construction breaks ground on 40 patterson street

Construction has commenced on 40 Patterson St. in NoMa.

Developed by Monument Realty, the 14-story multifamily building will include 321 units. KGD Architecture has designed the project to include 10,000 square feet of amenity space with a penthouse clubhouse, rooftop pool, fitness center, and multiple courtyards.

40 Patterson Street is scheduled to reach substantial completion in the fall of 2022.
