Donohoe Construction Begins work on Arbor Ridge at Riderwood Village

Construction for Arbor Ridge, Riderwood’s continuing care health services neighborhood multi-phase repositioning of skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care is underway.

This project includes phased repositioning in the common areas and resident units within the continuing care facility. The resident units will receive finish, plumbing, and lighting fixture upgrades. The common/amenity areas will receive finish, MEP, and furniture upgrades with limited reconfiguration of common spaces. Finish upgrades include updated lighting, electrical devices, plumbing fixtures, tiling, flooring, trim, and millwork.

Arbor Ridge, Riderwood’s continuing care neighborhood, is scheduled for completion in late June 2025.
