Donohoe’s Annual Family Cookout Marks Another Successful Year 

Donohoe hosted its highly anticipated Annual Family Cookout on June 11 at the picturesque Smokey Glen Farm, marking yet another successful year for the company. This year’s event witnessed an extraordinary gathering, with over 1700 Donohoe employees and family members from the company’s six operating divisions coming together to celebrate a day filled with joy, delectable food, and an exciting lineup of activities.

Families reveled in a wide range of activities that lasted throughout the day. The event was abuzz with Giant Games, a lively Photobooth, a Petting Zoo, Hayrides, Pony Rides, Axe Throwing, Escape Room challenges, Moon Bounces, Rock Climbing, Ziplining, and an array of other exciting options. Two energetic DJs ensured a vibrant atmosphere with music and engaging games. Attendees indulged in a quintessential Maryland delicacy – the highly sought-after Maryland Crabs – and a scrumptious BBQ Chicken and Ribs dinner with an ice cream dessert bar.

During the event, Donohoe also took the opportunity to recognize the commitment and dedication of its employees. The celebration included honoring the milestone anniversaries of 112 exceptional employees and bidding farewell to 13 colleagues who retired, acknowledging their remarkable contributions to the company’s success.
