Construction Begins On Aspen Heights-College Park

Donohoe Construction has broken ground on the Aspen Heights-College Park Student Housing project adjacent to the University of Maryland campus in College Park, MD.

Developed by Aspen Hill, the project consists of two buildings totaling over 240,000 square feet. BSB Design, Inc. is the architect on the project and designed the exterior of both buildings with a contemporary palette of colors that pay homage to both the state and the university. The interior will consist of 129 units with modern layouts and multiple amenity spaces including, upscale lounges, a contemporary clubhouse, a fitness center. The project will also include a swimming pool with sun deck and 2,080 square feet of commercial/retail space.

The completion date is projected to be spring of 2023.
