Cambria Hotel Washington, DC Capitol Riverfront

The Cambria Hotel Washington DC Capitol Riverfront, located in Southwest DC in between Nationals Park and Audi Field, celebrated its topping out on Tuesday, January 28th.

The project is being co-developed by Donohoe Development and Koucar Management, built by Donohoe Construction, managed by Donohoe Hospitality once the building opens, and maintained and operated by Complete Building Services. The 154-key, 9-story hotel is designed by BBGM Architects and will feature amenities such as a rooftop bar, ground-level restaurant, 2,500 square feet of multi-function meeting space, and fitness center.

Donohoe began construction on the project in October 2019 with expected delivery by January 2021.
