Brightview Woodmont Achieves LEED Gold

Donohoe Construction project, Brightview Woodmont, has achieved LEED Gold for its environmental sustainability. This achievement was reached from extensive use of regional materials and aggressive recycling and reuse practices. Energy-efficient fixtures are also used throughout the building.

Brightview Woodmont is a 113-unit senior living residence in the heart of the Woodmont Triangle neighborhood. The project is a combination of independent living, assisted living and memory care units, featuring amenities to serve all levels of care. The building boasts several common spaces, including reading areas and dining rooms, and a courtyard specifically for memory care residents. The ground floor of the building also features a hair salon for residents and a coffee shop that serves both residents of both the senior living community and the surrounding Bethesda neighborhood.
