Brightview Bethesda Reaches Final Completion

Donohoe Construction achieved substantial completion on the Brightview Bethesda-Woodmont Senior Living Community located in downtown Bethesda. This is Brightview’s newest facility and is an award-winning design from Hord Coplan Macht Architects.

Brightview Bethesda-Woodmont is a 113-unit assisted living facility with a dedicated memory care unit and features including a beauty salon, fitness room, activity spaces, exterior courtyards, underground parking and a spectacular 8th-floor dining room with full-height windows and panoramic views of Bethesda.

Donohoe Vice President Tim Loftus said, “This project was our first opportunity to work with Brightview, and it was a pleasure to team up with such a professional organization from top to bottom and help deliver a best in class building and senior living facility.”
