Aspen Heights – College Park Tops Out

The Aspen Heights – College Park Student Housing project team recently celebrated their “topping out” milestone after reaching the building’s max height of 9 stories. This two-building project at the University of Maryland has a total of 129 units and amenities such as a swimming pool with sundeck, a state-of-the-art fitness center and outdoor community spaces. Developed by Aspen Heights and designed by BSB Design, Inc., this project will total over 242,862 square feet when finished, including 2,080 square feet of commercial/retail space with streetscape improvements.

The first building is complete and occupied by students already.
