7 New York Avenue Celebrates Topping Out

The 7 New York Avenue project team recently celebrated their “topping out” milestone after reaching the building’s max height of 14 stories. The Washington D.C. project was designed by Eric Colbert & Associates, and is developed by JLL.

The building will feature 115 units, primarily studios, and total over 77,962 square feet. Amenities will include a fitness center, public penthouse amenity space, basement storage lockers, a bike room, and a private mail room.

The project is expected to reach completion in early 2024.
