7 New York Avenue Breaks Ground

Donohoe Construction has broken ground on the 7 New York Avenue project located in Washington, DC.

Designed by Eric Colbert & Associates, the 14-story residential edifice will feature 115 units totaling over 77,962 square feet. The luxury apartment building will include a rooftop amenity space, a fitness room, bicycle storage, and tenant storage.

The project is pursuing LEED certification.

The projected completion date is Fall 2023.
