The 12-story mixed-use building featuring market-rate apartments, affordable senior living units, and a citizenM hotel was certified LEED Gold by the US Green Building Council. Architect FXCollaborative designed the building to include recycled content materials, efficient window frames, and glass that help contribute to 28% energy savings and 40% water use reduction. Over 75% of the construction waste was diverted. Additionally, the building features outdoor amenities and easy transportation access.
