4909 Auburn Avenue Breaks Ground

Donohoe Construction has broken ground on the 4909 Auburn Avenue Apartments project located in Bethesda, Maryland.

The 11-story apartment building will feature 167 units totaling over 188,701 square feet. BCT Design Group is the architect on the project. The establishment will consist of 2 levels of below grade parking with a lobby and rooftop amenity spaces. The high-rise multifamily development with ground floor retail will also have a fitness center, yoga room, sauna, lounge and meeting areas, and multiple green roof terraces.

The project is pursuing NGBS Emerald level certification, the highest level of certification offered by NGBS.

The completion date is projected to be in 2024.
