40 Patterson Street Celebrates Topping Out

The 40 Patterson multifamily project team celebrated their topping out on Thursday, July 29. Developed by Monument Realty, designed by KGD Architecture, and built by Donohoe Construction, the building has 14 stories, 321 units, 2 levels of underground parking, and 10,000 SF of ground floor retail space.

Resident amenities include a rooftop pool, outdoor penthouse lounge, fitness center, and work pods. The project is being built to achieve LEED Certification and will welcome its first tenants into the building by Fall 2022.

Said Senior Project Manager Glen McEwen: “Donohoe is proud to have teamed up with the building owner, Monument Realty and the design architect, KGD Architecture to make this project a reality.”
