100 K Celebrates Topping Out

Donohoe Construction Company hosted a “Topping Out” celebration on Friday, January 26th for 100 K, a 13-story, luxury apartment building in DC’s NoMa neighborhood.

Developed by Equity Residential, the project is conveniently located two blocks from the NoMa-Gallaudet Metro and three blocks from Union Station. WDG Architecture designed 100 K with 222 residential units, below grade parking, and several amenities, including a rooftop pool and terrace, a courtyard, fitness center, and a private bar and lounge.

100 K is expected to reach substantial completion in Fall 2018.
