Donohoe Represents Calibre CPA Group in 20,000 SF Renewal & Expansion Deal

Donohoe Real Estate Services’ Don Konz and Bert Donohoe represented Calibre CPA Group in in their recent renewal and 3,500 SF expansion at 7501 Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda, MD. The accounting firm now occupies a full floor (20,143 SF) of the building’s West Tower.

“We are pleased to have been part of the team in the renewal and expansion of Calibre Group CPA’s Washington, DC headquarters. The new workplace will consolidate two locations, reduce occupancy costs, and provide for a more efficient and flexible working environment,” said Bert Donohoe, Executive Vice President. Donohoe also represented Calibre in 2012, when they first transitioned into their current space on Wisconsin Avenue.

Calibre is set to spend another 10 years in the Class A office building, owned by BF Saul Company. The deal was co-brokered with JLL.
